Itinerary:  

DAY 1: Preparations and Meeting with the Guide

The group will meet with the High Mountain Guide to begin this exciting expedition. During this meeting, they will get to know the detailed itinerary of the trek, check their personal equipment and, if necessary, rent additional equipment. In addition, immigration formalities will be carried out at the Argentine National Gendarmerie, as part of the circuit involves entering Chile.

DAY 2: Towards "La Playita". 

Distance: 12 Km.
Duration: 6 Hs.
Difference in altitude: 150 mts. 

We will depart from the village by shuttle to the Río Eléctrico bridge (16 km from El Chaltén). From here, we start a hike of approximately 2 hours until we reach the Piedra del Fraile Camp. We will continue our journey along the Río Eléctrico Valley until we reach the Pollone River, where we will cross through a small ford. Then, we will hike for about 3 hours until we reach "La Playita", where we will set up our first camp.

DAY 3: Exploring the Catorce Glacier

Distance: 12 Km.
Duration: 8/10 hs.
Difference in altitude: 800 mts. 

Weather permitting, we will venture into the Ice Field. At this stage, we will cross a zip line and ascend through a rocky area until we reach the Laguna and the Glaciar de los 14, the current gateway to the Southern Patagonian Ice Field. This part of the route is a bit more technical, as it will require the use of crampons and/or snowshoes, depending on the conditions. We will spend the night in our camp on the glacier, enjoying the views of the Fitz Roy, Pier Giorgio and Gorra Blanca mountains.

DAY 4: The Amazing Circus of Los Altares

Distance: 10 Km.
Duration: 5/6 hs.
Difference in altitude: 150 mts. 

We will advance through the ice field until we reach the imposing "Circo de Los Altares", from where we will be able to admire the majestic west wall of Cerro Torre. This is one of the highlights of the trip due to its impressive beauty.

Sleeping surrounded by so much magic, we will wake up to an unforgettable sunrise...

DAY 5: In route to Laguna Ferrari or Refugio Paso del Viento

Distance: 20 Km.
Duration: 8/10 hs.
Difference in altitude: 500 mts. 

On this day we will head south, passing the Laguna de Los Esquíes and then heading east until we reach the Laguna Ferrari or the Refugio Paso del Viento, where we will set up camp.

DAY 6: Towards Laguna Toro

Distance: 8 Km.
Duration: 6/8 hs.
Difference in altitude: 500 mts. 

We will ascend to 1550 masl to the Paso del Viento, where we will be rewarded with enchanting views of the Cordón Mariano Moreno and the Viedma Glacier. We will then descend to the Túnel River Valley, where we will cross the river using a zipline to reach Laguna Toro, where we will set up camp.

DAY 7: Return to El Chaltén

Distance: 15 Km.
Duration: 6 hs.
Difference in altitude: 250 mts. 

We start our return to the village following the valley of the Túnel River.
We will skirt the slope of the Loma del Pliegue, obtaining beautiful views of the valley of the Fitz Roy River and the valley of Cerro Torre from a unique perspective. 

Days 8 and 9 are reserved in case the weather conditions are not favorable to start or continue the expedition.
